Communication and Technology Coordinators serve as a vital link between local churches and the ministries of the conference and denomination. Through ties with the Marketing and Communications Council and conference marketing staff, these church members relate successful ministries in their church to the church at-large and distribute information about ministries of the whole church to members of their local congregations.

One important means of communication for these officers is a conference e-mail list, called "comtech" and is delivered with a subject line "News You Can Use."

Through this periodic communication, marketing and communications staff shares ideas, resources and asks questions to stimulate communications ministries in local churches across the state.
